Decided to give one of the characters from the last drawing her own little picture to star in. How do we feel about the colors, folks? I can't make up my mind whether they are working quite right or not.

I'm thinking hard trying to decide the colors are working. I go back to thinking about my initial reaction when I saw the image before reading your question.
I think the colors are just fine, I also like the pattern in the trees.
Do you mind if I ask what your process for these digital pieces is? Are they drawn on screen or drawn on paper and scanned in?
Thanks Shobo, though if you had to think that hard about it perhaps they aren't working as well as they should. I wonder if the dark purple background is too much or something? Hrm.
I do the drawing in ink on paper, I like how the little inconsistencies balance the computer-ness.
